Doyle Rowe LTD evaluates the needs of active and retired union members and recommends benefits programs that meet the needs of the membership.

Endorse: 
The union can endorse the DRL plan.  No legislative action is required.  Your endorsement is a recommendation to your members that you have reviewed and approve the optional insurance plan.  Individual members can then elect to purchase insurance coverage - typically at lower rates than they could find as individuals.

Manage: 
DRL establishes the union benefits program, and handles all day-to-day management - including enrollment, customer service, billing and compliance. 
 
The union provides group purchasing power to members, without incurring any additional out-of-pocket costs.
 

Active and retired union members can purchase health insurance, dental insurance, vision plans, prescription drug benefits and long term care insurance through DRL.
