Ms. Rowe has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of employee benefits. As a former member of the National Coalition on Health Care (NCHC), Ms. Rowe has met with industry and government leaders in Washington D.C. to discuss the impact of health care reform and develop a meaningful strategy for the future. She is a frequent speaker on employee benefit issues at industry events.
Ms. Rowe's prior work experience includes Corporate Benefits Administrator at Arthur J. Gallagher Companies, and Manager of Health Care Plans for Abbott Laboratories, where she received the Abbott Presidential Award and the Abbott Spirit of Personnel Award.
Ms. Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Sciences from Illinois State University. |
